csiplot: Logical: should ξ or 1−ξ be the y coordinate
paiplot: Logical: should π or 1−π be the x coordinate
...: Additional arguments to be passed to plot() and text(). Optionally, the number m
of ordinal categories may be passed: this is recommended if some category has zero frequency.
Returns
For a CUBE model fitted to ordinal, by default it returns a plot of the estimated (1−π,1−ξ) as a point in the parameter space, labeled with the estimated overdispersion ϕ. Depending on csiplot and paiplot and on desired output, x and y coordinates may be set to π and ξ, respectively.
Details
It represents an estimated CUBE model as a point in the parameter space with the overdispersion being labeled.
