FilenameMapper-class function

Make sure to call readMappingFile(somefile)ifyouwanttosupportauser−definedfilemapping.Otherwise,callstoreadMappingFile(some_file) if you want to support a user-defined file mapping. Otherwise, calls to getShortNames() will create/augment the mapping for filenames.
