ROI_plugin_build_equality_constraints function

Build Functional Equality Constraints

Build Functional Equality Constraints

There exist different forms of functional equality constraints, this function transforms the form used in ROI into the forms commonly used by optimization solvers.

ROI_plugin_build_equality_constraints(x, type = c("eq_zero", "eq_rhs"))

Arguments

  • x: an object of type "OP".
  • type: an character giving the type of the function to be returned, possible values are "eq_zero" or "eq_rhs". For more information see Details.

Returns

Returns one function, which combines all the functional constraints.

Details

There are two types of equality constraints commonly used in

  1. eq\_zero:h(x)=0h(x) = 0 and
  2. eq\_rhs:h(x)=rhsh(x) = rhs .

Note

This function only intended for plugin authors.
