Retrieve a motif matrix

Get motif matrix for given assay

GetMotifData(object, ...)

GetMotifData(object, slot = "data", ...)

GetMotifData(object, slot = "data", ...)

## S3 method for class 'Seurat'
GetMotifData(object, assay = NULL, slot = "data", ...)

Arguments

• object: A Seurat object
• ...: Arguments passed to other methods
• slot: Information to pull from object (data, pwm, meta.data)
• assay: Which assay to use. Default is the current active assay

Returns

Returns a Seurat object
