List clades as text

ReportMatching(splits1, splits2, realMatch = TRUE)

Arguments

• splits1, splits2: Logical matrices with columns specifying membership of each corresponding matched clade.

Returns

ReportMatching returns a character vector describing each pairing in a matching.
