Calculate the hit and false alarm rates

hitandfalsealarm(thresh, yobs, ypred)

Arguments

• thresh: Threshold value
• yobs: A vector of observations, may include missing values
• ypred: Predictions

Returns

A list containing the calculated hit and false alarm rates
