Get bounds

Get bounds given the model.

getBounds(model, phy, X, y, values, default.values)

Arguments

• model: the model
• phy: the phylogenetic tree
• X: model matrix
• y: the response vector
• values: the input values for the bound
• default.values: the default values for the bound
