Get starting values

Get starting values given the model.

getStartingValues(model, phy, X, y, starting.value, method.init.disp, method)

Arguments

• model: the model
• phy: the phylogenetic tree
• X: model matrix
• y: the response vector
• starting.value: the input starting values
