gg_chessboard function

Plot a sampling as a chessboard

Plots a sampling as a chessboard of dimensions t x q, with t, the number of transects, and q, the number of quadrats.

gg_chessboard(nodes, xlab = "Transect", ylab = "Quadrat")

Arguments

• nodes: a data.frame with (at least) the following three columns: node, transect, and quadrats. Must be the output if the function create_node_labels().
• xlab: a character of length 1. The title of the top axis. Default is 'Transect'.
• ylab: a character of length 1. The title of the left axis. Default is 'Quadrat'.

Returns

A ggplot2 object.
