Check for Duplicate Elements in Sparse Matrix

Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_check_dup. Consult the GLPK documentation for more detailed information.

checkDupGLPK(m, n, ne, ia, ja)

Arguments

  • m: Number of rows in the matrix.
  • n: Number of columns in the matrix.
  • ne: Number of non-zero elements in the matrix.
  • ia: Row indices of the non-zero elements.
  • ja: Column indices of the non-zero elements.

Details

Interface to the C function checkDup which calls the GLPK function glp_check_dup.

Returns

Returns one of the following values: - 0: No duplikate elements.

  • -k: Indices ia[k] or ja[k] are out of range.

  • +k: Element (ia[k], ja[k]) is duplicate.
