Arguments

• x: a MultSbmFit-class

• type: a string which specify plot type:

  • 'blocks': plot a block matrix with summarizing connections between clusters
  • 'nodelink': plot a nodelink diagram of the graph summarizing connections between clusters

Returns

a ggplot2 graphic
