pHcentreOfMass function

Find the pH value which is the centre of mass of the pH limitation function (used for the pH trait)

pHcentreOfMass(strainName, groupName, pHLimFunc, parms)

Arguments

• strainName: Name of the strain
• groupName: Name of microbial group
• pHLimFunc: function specified in rateFuncs$pHLimFunc
• parms: List of all parameters

Returns

pH value at centre of mass
