calculateLRstat calculates the likelihood ratio statistic

calculateLRstat(A, null, alt)

Arguments

• A: List of symmetric A matrices
• null: Model fitted under the null
• alt: Model fitted under the alternative

Returns

Value of the likelihood ratio statistic
