Calculate the individual eta-shrinkage

Definition: ieta_shr = (var(eta) / omega)

calculate_individual_shrinkage( model, parameter_estimates, individual_estimates_covariance )

Arguments

  • model: (Model) Pharmpy model
  • parameter_estimates: (array) Parameter estimates of model
  • individual_estimates_covariance: (data.frame) Uncertainty covariance matrices of individual estimates

Returns

(DataFrame) Shrinkage for each eta and individual
