boot_ci function

Generic method to output bootstrap confidence intervals from an object.

Implemented only for cor_phylo objects thus far.

boot_ci(mod, ...)

Arguments

• mod: A cor_phylo object.
• ...: Additional arguments.

Returns

A list of confidence intervals.
