The function is based on the defintion [REMOVE_ME]f(x)=100(x2x12)2+(1x1)2[REMOVEME2] f(\mathbf{x}) = 100 (\mathbf{x}_2 - \mathbf{x}_1^2)^2 + (1 - \mathbf{x}_1)^2 [REMOVE_ME_2]. Box-constraints: xi[1.2,1.2]\mathbf{x}_i \in [-1.2, 1.2] for i=1,2i = 1, 2.
