Arguments

• x: SpatVector
• angle: numeric. Angle of rotation in degrees
• x0: numeric. x-coordinate of the center of rotation. If missing, the center of the extent of x is used
• y0: numeric. y-coordinate of the center of rotation. If missing, the center of the extent of x is used
