Arguments

• Tx: measured temperature
• R0: R0 resistance at temperature To (25C, expressed in Kelvin)
• betaTH: Beta parameter of the thermistor (calculated or from the data sheet)
• T0: resistance temperature

Returns

• R: resistance in ohms
