PeakErrorSamples

Compute PeakError for several samples.

PeakErrorSamples(peaks, 
    regions)

Arguments

• peaks: data.frame of peaks with sample.id.
• regions: data.frame of annotated region labels with sample.id.

Returns

data.frame of error regions with sample.id.
