plotRML function

Plot R0 for Maximum Likelihood method

Internal plot method for ML estimates.

plotRML(x, ...)

Arguments

• x: An estimated object, output from estimate.R() with method = "ML".
• ...: Parameters passed to inner functions.

Returns

This function does not return any data. Called for side effect.

Details

This plots the R0 reproduction number along with confidence interval.
