Prepare yticks for plot

mdaplot.getYTicks(yticks, ylim, y_values = NULL, type = NULL)

Arguments

• yticks: yticks provided by user (if any)
• ylim: limits for y axis
• y_values: y values for the plot data object
• type: type of the plot
