plotRMSERatio.regmodel function

RMSECV/RMSEC ratio plot for regression model

Shows plot with RMSECV/RMSEC values vs. RMSECV for each component.

Arguments

• obj: a regression model (object of class regmodel)
• ny: number of response variable to make the plot for (if y is multivariate)
• type: type of the plot (use only "b" or "l")
• show.labels: logical, show or not labels for plot points
• labels: vector with point labels (by default number of components)
• main: main plot title
• ylab: label for y-axis
• xlab: label for x-axis
• ...: other plot parameters (see mdaplot for details)
