GroupedLogRatio-class function

Grouped Log-Ratio Matrix

An S4 class to represent grouped log-ratio. class

Note

This class inherits from LogRatio and ReferenceGroups.

Coerce

In the code snippets below, x is a GroupedLogRatio object.

• as.data.frame(x): Coerces to a data.frame.
