Implementation of Cavender-Bares (2004) correlation of phylogenetic and ecological matrices ('fingerprint.regression'). Phylogenetic Generalised Linear Mixed Models (PGLMMs; 'pglmm') following Ives & Helmus (2011) and Rafferty & Ives (2013).
